Paul has 14 years of real estate investment and development experience, most recently with a major Toronto-based developer.

During his career, Paul has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions in residential, land, retail, industrial and office. He has led the development of over 350 residential units ranging from townhouses to mid-rise, alongside institutional and pension partners. Paul is a License Real Estate Broker, achieved his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, has pre-requisites to be a Licensed Builder in Ontario and hold a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Western University.
